Both Jennifer Alford and Artious Walker succeeded in foodservice due to delicious food and a penchant for customer service. That was before the Covid economy brought everything to a screeching halt. Now they’re fighting for survival. Jennifer and her husband run The August House Restaurant and have quickly adjusted to curbside service and are using social media to let their customers know they’re open and they need the business. Artious Walker, with no permanent kitchen, is looking for answers.
