LuAnn Pappas began her casino and hospitality career in a casino gift shop in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Today she’s the CEO of the Scarlet Pearl Casino in D’Iberville, Mississippi. LuAnn recognizes the need to know your customer in HER entirety, and the for the Scarlet Pearl, LuAnn’s customer is a fifty-year-old female who’s coming to play the slots.
